PRINCE GEORGE – Flair Airlines (Kelowna, B.C.), Canada’s only operating ultra low-fare airline today announced an expanded route net-work that will more than double its flight service, offering affordable airfares.
Included in the expanded network are direct flights from Prince George to Edmonton, and Vancouver, with connection to Abbotsford, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto and Hamilton.
Flights now on sale will begin operating on June 15th, 2018. Earlier growth projections have been realized with this announcement by the airline, with seven aircraft in scheduled service.
“This is a very exciting announcement for Flair and Canadians. Every time we enter a market, Canadians benefit significantly as airfare drops almost immediately by more than 20% on the routes we serve,” stated Jim Scott, CEO, Flair Air-lines.
“We are thrilled to add this service to and from Prince George. This is a new market for Flair and we are excited to see operate it and look forward to being a part of the community.”
Flair Airlines currently operates 90 flights per week. On June 15th, Flair will operate 208 flights per week, with increased direct, one stop and connectivity throughout its network. Schedule Highlights (new directs):
- Toronto to: Halifax
- Winnipeg to: Calgary, Vancouver
- Saskatoon to: Edmonton
- Calgary to: Vancouver, Winnipeg, Kelowna
- Edmonton to: Saskatoon, Prince George, Victoria

Additionally, the frequency on almost every route we currently serve has grown with this new schedule. Tickets are now on sale for the summer at www.flairair.ca
“This schedule is a clear indication that the demand for low-fare flying is strong, and we are proud to be the airline that initiated and sparked this movement across the country,” said Scott.
