COURTENAY – Presley & Partners, a leading accounting and business advisory firm on Vancouver Island, is proud to announce that Mike Bannerman has been promoted to partner in the firm.
Although his title is changing, his customer focus remains the same. He will continue to serve his clients, handle special projects and ensure clients receive the most thorough and expert services for their individual and business needs. He is also continuing to develop his expertise in business valuations and advise firm clients in this area when needed.
A native of Vancouver Island, Mike has been with Presley & Partners since January 2012.
Firm partner, Ann Scott, is thrilled to add Mike to the firm’s management team. “Mike has proven that he is dedicated to client service, always going above and beyond to ensure that each client has all the information, expertise and support they need,” Scott said. “He is an outstanding team player too, always happy to help others and contribute toward the firm’s success.”
Mike’s public accounting experience is broad, including year-end filings and tax returns, managing special projects, advising clients on all manner of financial and business issues, and helping his fellow team members develop their skills.
“It is truly an honor to be invited to partnership with Presley and Partners. Over its long history in the Comox Valley, this firm has earned a reputation as a business that cares about both its clients and its community. I have a great deal of respect for what the partners and the team at our firm do on a daily basis and hope that in my new role at the firm, I can help to carry on this standard,” Bannerman says.
Never one to rest on his laurels, Mike recently completed a demanding leadership program with Convergence Coaching, and serves as the Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Cumberland Centennial. He looks forward to continuing to expand his knowledge, serve as a trusted advisor to his clients, and contribute as part of the Presley & Partners leadership team.
