Stage: Construction Start – mobilization anticipated late October 2025, with trade tender enquiries directed to Josh Renkema at josh@monterrabuilders.ca. Demolition permits for two single-family dwellings were issued in April 2025, following development permit approval in December 2024.

Project: Seven two-storey townhouse buildings across two parcels totalling 1.6 acres, providing 28 units and 57 parking stalls in a fourplex configuration. Fourteen three-bedroom homes at 1,750 sf and fourteen four-bedroom homes at 1,860 sf are planned.

Stage: Rezoning approved September 2025 from RM-1 to RM-2, with a development permit application to follow upon bylaw adoption. Rezoning application submitted February 2024.
