Project: Five-storey, 54-unit seniors’ housing development with 27 parking stalls on a 0.39-acre site. The design includes 46 one-bedroom, seven two-bedroom, and one four-bedroom unit ranging from 464 sf to 1,105 sf, replacing existing dwellings.

Stage: Building permit application submitted with construction start anticipated Q1 2026 and completion March 2027. Development permit approved June 2025 following housing agreement approval in November 2024.
