Project: Located at Boxwood Rd and Northfield Rd, the proposal includes three buildings: two 6-storey apartment blocks totalling 204 units and a third building with seven townhouse units. Building A is planned for 96 units, Building B for 108 units, and Building C for the townhomes.

Stage: A development permit application was submitted in April 2025.

Project: This 5-storey apartment building will include 86 rental units with both underground and at-grade parking.

Stage: A revised building permit application for $16 million was resubmitted in May 2025. The original application was submitted in March 2025, following the approval of the development permit in 2024.

Project: Located at the corner of England Ave, the project will include 36 apartment units and four commercial retail spaces. One level of underground parking will offer 31 stalls. Unit types range from micro-suites to three-bedroom homes, with sizes between 876 and 1,108 sf.

Stage: The project is in prebid. Demolition is complete, and construction is anticipated to begin in June 2025.
