Project: A multi-phase residential development is proposed across five land parcels, featuring 19 buildings with 140 apartment units, 75 townhouse units, 270 parking stalls, and a mix of surface and underground parking. Unit sizes will range from 564 sf to 1,214 sf, while part of the site will remain for the Beach Gardens Resort.

Stage: A rezoning application was advanced to Council for consideration in April 2025.
