Project: A three-storey development featuring eight apartment units and two commercial retail spaces, totaling 20,500 sf. The one- and two-bedroom units range from 1,118 sf to 1,326 sf. The project includes a rooftop amenity space and nine parking stalls.

Stage: Pre-bid, with demolition permit applications submitted in January 2025 for a single-family dwelling and an accessory building. A building permit application for $4.1M was submitted in July 2023. The Development permit with variances was approved in March 2022

Project: A four-storey development featuring 52 apartment units and 2,500 sf of commercial space. The units include micro, one-, and two-bedroom layouts.

Stage: Construction is 50% complete, with work starting in May 2024 and expected completion in September 2025. A building permit for $7M for 52 units was issued in April 2024. The Development permit was approved in April 2020.
