FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON EXPANSION OFFICIALLY UNVEILED

October 7, 2024

KELOWNA Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport announced the completion of its much-anticipated expansion, a project first revealed to guests and the public in January.

The official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on October 2nd, where attendees toured the new rooms at both Four Points and the nearby Hampton Inn by Hilton, another property managed by Argus. Attendees also enjoyed a variety of Gulfstream’s award-winning food and drinks, including the well-known British Columbia’s Best Caesar, adding a delightful touch to the event.

This expansion marks a significant achievement for the hotel, further solidifying its reputation as a top choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and high-quality hospitality. Ten years ago, Four Points by Sheraton became the first hotel strategically positioned to serve tourism, recreation, and business travelers passing through Kelowna International Airport. Since then, it has been recognized for delivering value, outstanding service, and the essential amenities that help guests stay productive on the go.

The hotel is ranked among the top five Four Points properties in Canada and honoured with multiple awards, it remains one of Kelowna’s busiest hotels, boasting some of the region’s highest occupancy rates. The recent expansion, completed five months ahead of schedule and within budget, introduces 55 new premium guest rooms, modernized suites, expanded meeting spaces, improved corporate facilities, and enhanced dining options.

Owned by Argus Properties, Four Points by Sheraton has become synonymous with excellence in hospitality. With the hotel winning Marriott’s prestigious Operations Manager of the Year award for three consecutive years, it continues to impress in service and guest satisfaction. Ted Callahan, President and CEO of Argus Properties, expressed his pride in the property’s continued success, stating, “The Four Points continues to exceed all expectations and stands out in one of Canada’s most competitive hospitality markets.”

The expansion not only elevates the guest experience but also reflects Kelowna’s growth as a premier hospitality destination. With a total of 560 rooms across four Kelowna properties, Argus Properties now stands as the largest provider of tourism, recreation, and business hospitality services in the region.
