VICTORIA – It’s almost time for Rising Economy 2024, the highly anticipated conference focused on helping businesses survive and succeed in the new economy.

● Work, Life, Bloom: How to Nurture a Team that Flourishes with Dan Pontefract
Culture change expert and 5x TED presenter Dan Pontefract explores how attempts to achieve work/life balance lead to further burnout, stress and unhappiness. Instead, he presents a compelling argument for a more holistic approach, promoting the idea of “blooming” through the integration of work and the personal aspects of life.
● Leadership in the Age of Distraction with Ian Chisholm
Leadership practitioner Ian Chisholm, co-founder and partner of the Victoria-based Roy Group and a master in leadership development, will host an interactive session exploring how leaders can keep teams engaged, motivated and focused in the age of massive distractions.
