Finalists Announced for 2023 Fraser Valley Commercial Building Awards

SURREY – The 2023 Fraser Valley Commercial Building Awards Finalists have been announced!

38 projects will be competing for top honours at the annual event, which will be held Thursday, October 26 at the Sherton Guildford Hotel in Surrey, with Anita Huberman, CEO of the Surrey Board of Trade as Master of Ceremonies.

“We’re beyond excited to help celebrate and promote the top commercial real estate projects and developers across the region this year,” says John MacDonald, Publisher of the Business Examiner News Group, the organization producing the event.

“Attending this year will be more than 200 members of the construction, development and real estate sectors across the Valley, we look forward to connecting and celebrating with everyone on the 26th!

Eligible projects were completed between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022, and located between Delta and Chilliwack, including the North Fraser municipalities.

Current sponsors include the Surrey Board of Trade, Varing Marketing Group, with more to be announced as the event approaches.

A group of independent judges from real estate related companies and organizations will adjudicate the entries prior to the event.

There will also be a Judges’ Choice Award for the best overall entry.
