PORT ALBERNI – A thriving business and professional career in the beauty industry has paved the way for success in real estate for Rosanne Doiron.
Together with her own experience renovating homes and understanding real estate trends, it is little surprise that Rosanne has hit the ground running as a realtor with RE/MAX Mid-Island Realty.
Having spent the last 12 years building her business Trends Design Team in Port Alberni, Rosanne has recently shifted her focus to real estate.
“Real estate has always been a passion for me,” she says. “And now I’m at a point in my life where I have the opportunity to make a career out of it, and I’m able to use the relationships I’ve built in my past profession to propel me in my new career.”
Born and raised in Port Alberni, Rosanne discovered early on that one of her greatest assets were her connections in the community.
“When I came into real estate, I was able to connect my clients with tradespeople, and other professions like insurance companies and moving and packing businesses that are right at my fingertips, since I’ve done many renovations myself,” she notes.
“There is nothing more satisfying to me than helping people move on to their next adventure. Whether it involves purchasing or selling a home, relocating, upsizing, or downsizing, I’m here to help with whatever path my clients are on. I have a team of women that can help with everything from organizing and packing to taking care of unwanted items. We make it easy.”
Rosanne has also experienced early success in the competitive Sproat Lake real estate market.
“Having lived here all my life, knowing how lucky we are to have Sproat Lake on our door-step, it doesn’t surprise me that it has become a highly desired vacation spot,” she says. “Helping people find their own slice of heaven, as well as communicating the true value of the assets my clients are selling on the lake is something I take pride in.”
Although starting a real estate career after so many years in the beauty industry took a leap of faith, Rosanne finds she is still able to work with a number of her clients.
“Many of my clients are at a stage in their lives where they are ready to move on to the next chapter.”
