CAMPBELL RIVER – Airports tenants and the industrial properties surrounding the Campbell River Airport (YBL) now have more options for high-speed Internet access to support their business. TELUS recently connected their enterprise level network to the Campbell River Airport earlier this year, and Shaw Communications connected their high-speed broadband Internet to the airport lands at the end of September. North Island Communications will act as the service provider to distribute high-speed Internet access to airport tenants.
“There are many advantages to operating a business near the Campbell River Airport, and the Airport Authority welcomes the opportunity to work with existing businesses and introduce new businesses to YBL,” explained Susan Sinnott of the Airport Authority.
